Why?

In a world of 'Total Reward', a compensation package consists of far more than just the salary.

Job posts often include information around benefits and these can be hugely beneficial when benchmarking a role.

That's why we are working on benefits insights on the HR DataHub platform, starting with performance-related bonuses.

With performance-related bonus insights we'll help you;

  • Craft compelling offers that reflect industry compensation norms

  • Position your organisation competitively in bonus-driven sectors

  • Reduce candidate loss due to incomplete compensation understanding

How?

We have trained an AI model to recognise multiple different words/phrases that indicate a performance-related bonus is present.

If the AI model detects one of these terms is present, the bonus symbol will be visible in the new 'Benefits' column in the results table.

We have also included the functionality to click on the 'Bonus icon' to open the job post and highlight exactly where the reference to the bonus has been detected, as follows;

This is just the beginning of our Total Reward journey. Coming soon: Shift Premiums, Remote Work indicators.
