For any role you search for in the platform, you will now see insights for the top 3 Benefits and Incentives (B&I's) that we have identified.
This will apply to all current and future benefits, as we plan to roll out more benefits in 2026.
For each Top B&I, you will see the following details;
The total number of job posts that contain the benefit, as a %
How the B/I prevalence is trending in job posts over time, as a %
The top industry associated with that benefit
