** Please note - HR DataHub used to be called Pay Tracker Live, you may hear this referenced in videos but it is simply the old name for the HR DataHub platform **

Our wonderful Product Team has been working incredibly hard to improve HR DataHub, based on user feedback (which you can provide here, if you'd like 😉) and our own team opinions, on which updates/features should be prioritised next.

We will be providing you with regular updates, to ensure you are aware of the latest changes so you can take advantage of new features and also understand which bugs have been fixed.

There are many fixes and alterations that take place but here are the four key changes from June/early-July that will impact your HR DataHub experience.

Removal of duplicate job postings 🧹

What?
Our incredible data team have produced software to de-duplicate the existing database of job postings whilst also preventing future duplicates sneaking their way in to our dataset 🥷.

Why?

The results you see are now true of the current job market whereas previous results may have been inflated due to duplicates. This also means the median salaries are more accurate as in some cases you may have seen 2 duplicates for one role, but 4 for another, which skews the salary figures 📊.

"Sort by" available for HR dataHub results table columns ✅

What?

Previously, the HR DataHub results were presented to you in a long list with no clear sorting. With the latest update you are now able to see the jobs sorted by Job Title, Organisation, Salary, or Location, as shown below.

Why?

This feature will assist you in refining your searches in many ways. You are now able to quickly check the highest/lowest paying roles, see results for specific locations without having to re-search, quickly filter the most recent jobs without a re-search, and so on.

Sort HR DataHub results by date 📆

What?

You are now able to sort HR DataHub results by the date the job posting was scraped, so you can quickly sort the results from newest first, or oldest first.

As you can see from the gif below, we can also update the time frame (example shown from 13 weeks to 4) and then re-sort by date.

Why?

Currently results are presented in a long list with no ability to see when a job was created unless you click into the job. We've listened to you and understand you want to sort the results so you can quickly see the newest job listings first.

Customise organisation name ⌨️

What?

We're adding the ability for organisation admins to customise their organisation name so that it matches your actual organisation or team name.

There are two steps to do so, the first being to click on "My Account", as shown below...

And the second being to change the name, as shown below...

Why?

Simple! This will ensure consistency across your teams organisation.

Updates will be provided in this format in-line with product changes from the Product/Data Teams 🫡.
