A key part of improving the HR DataHub experience has been increasing our dataset with high quality data. We have now acquired Glassdoor data as a popular source of job postings, which was not part of our dataset... until now 🥳.
This data will be backdated for 12 months and so an initial 320,000+ job postings will be added to HR DataHub. We will also provide live data that is updated weekly.
Glassdoor will provide us with a more diverse dataset as some companies/recruiters will post all of their roles solely through Glassdoor. This data was previously missing but now we have a wider view of the market. The more sources we use, the more accurate your benchmark will be 🫡.

Beyond job titles/salary/organisation/dates, we will extract additional data after summer, including bonus, shift patterns, car allowance data and more.
