We've listened to your feedback and now you can conduct far more accurate benchmarking within one search in HR DataHub, by selecting multiple job titles.
Let's take a look at how it works...
This new feature means you can conduct far more accurate benchmarking for your role as you can cover many bases. As shown in the example above, simply searching for "Software engineer" will provide you with a limited search whereas being able to include similar roles such as a backend developer and a UX engineer, you base your benchmark on a wider pool of data.
In the next 2 weeks we are also adding a "suggested similar roles" feature to HR DataHub to make life even easier!
