** Please note - HR DataHub used to be called Pay Tracker Live, you may hear this referenced in videos but it is simply the old name for the HR DataHub platform **


Here's the third edition of "What's new at HR DataHub?", explained to you by me, and delivered by our wonderful Product & Design teams!

Both teams have been working incredibly hard to improve HR DataHub, based on user feedback (which you can provide here, if you'd like πŸ˜‰) and our teams expertise.

There are many fixes and alterations that take place but here are theΒ 5 key changes from September that will improve your HR DataHub experience.

HR DataHub is having a mini facelift! πŸ’„

HR DataHub has undergone a much-needed mini facelift to clean up the look and feel of the tool. We feel the new design is far more professional and the colour scheme is easier on the eye.

But we aren't done with the facelift just yet, there are serious works underway for a huge reskin πŸ˜‰ πŸ› οΈ.Β 

Search for one or more specific companies πŸ•΅οΈ

You are now able to search for the job postings for one or more specific company(s), using our keyword search feature. This feature also allows you to exclude specific companies from your search.

"Also known as" job title suggestions in search 🧠 βž•

This feature is an addition to our recent "multiple job title search" function which you can check out here. You will now be shown job titles that we suggest you add to your search to improve the results and increase the accuracy of your benchmark.

Download charts/graphs for easy sharing ⬇️ πŸ“Š

You are now able to download charts and graphs from your HR DataHub search with one simple click of a button. Benchmarking a role and presenting it to your team just became that much easier πŸ’ͺ.

LinkedIn data is live! ⚑️

Our data team has added 12 months of historic LinkedIn job postings data and are pulling daily data live. This will provide you with a more complete picture of the job market.
