Step 1: How to Login

  1. Login to HReasily.

  2. Sign in with your email ID and password.

3. If you forgot your password, you can click on “Request New Password”.
4. If you need further assistance, click on the chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner to chat with our support team.

Step 2: Set up Payroll

1. Company Payroll Settings

In the Company information page, click on the "Payroll Info" tab to view and update Company’s Payroll Settings.

2. Employee Details

To add employee, go to "Staff Information". You can add your employees (i) by adding individual employees or by (ii) adding multiple employees.

Step 3: Run Payroll

Once you’ve entered your company payroll settings and employee details, you’re ready to process your first payroll run.

Step 4: Pay Employee Salary 

After payroll is approved need to generate file to pay your employees.

A. Interbank

Generate Giro File Submission and upload it to your bank portal.

B. Credit Card (Singapore Account only)
To pay employee via Credit Card usually it takes 3-5 working days.

Step 5: Pay Employee Contribution

You need to generate file and upload to your government portal.

Generate CPF file for submission (Singapore account)

Generate EPF, SOCSO, EIS and MTD file for submission (Malaysia account)

Step 6: Download or View Employee Payslip
