There could be a few reasons for the indication of the error:
Check if the entry of the employee information that includes the bank, bank branch code, bank account no. are correct.
Check if the corporate bank account no. and branch code are correct.
Check if the BIB Type and Service Type details provided are correct.
Check if the batch code entered is correct.
