There could be a few reasons for the indication of the error:

  • Check if the entry of the employee information that includes the bank, bank branch code, bank account no. are correct.

  • Check if the corporate bank account no. and branch code are correct.

  • Check if the BIB Type and Service Type details provided are correct.

  • Check if the batch code entered is correct.
