Timesheet approvers are setup to ensure accuracy of processed timesheets. Typically, department managers and/or payroll processing manager will be appointed as the timesheet approver.

Part 1: Appointing Timesheet Approver(s)

To grant a supervisor/manager approving permission,

1. Go to Staff Directory

2. Navigate to the employee's basic info

3. Next, at the Employee Basic Info section click EDIT

4. Lastly, tick the Approve Time Attendance option and SAVE

Part 2: Assigning Timesheet Approvers to Employee(s)

1. Go to Staff Directory

2. Navigate to the employee's time attendance info

3. Scroll down to Time Attendance Settings and click EDIT

4. Tick the approvers you'd like to assign to the employee and click SAVE

Additional Note:

If assigning multiple approvers, kindly Update the Time Attendance Approval Setting

[Note: Maximum approvers is capped at 3]
