Before we go ahead and create a work schedule to be assigned to employees, we'll need to update their pay & working settings to ensure that the estimated budget and time allocation is calculated accurately.

1. From your Scheduling module, navigate to TEAMS

2. Next, select the team containing the employees you'd like to update

3. On the team page, click on the icon and select Edit Pay & Working Hours for the employee you'd like to update.

4. Lastly, enter the Estimated Hourly Rate and Total Weekly Hours accordingly and hit SAVE CHANGES
