Generating EPF File for Submission

1. Click on the Manage Company option on the left sidebar

2. Navigate to the Payroll Info tab

3. Scroll down to the EPF File section and expand it

4. Indicate the Payment Date and Batch No

Note: You'll also need to choose the Purpose of Submission under Payment Date (for Maybank users)

5. Click on Generate Bank File/CSV File

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Generate Bank file: for Online Banking payment mode

  • Generate CSV file: for e-Caruman online payment mode

  • Generate Form A: for manual reporting filing

EPF Payment and Submission

1. Pay EPF Contribution

Employer’s EPF payment and submission can be made through e-Caruman online payments facility as of January 2017 or online banking.

  • For e-Caruman online payments, you may generate the EPF CSV file then log in to Employers i-Akaun to make payment and submit employee contribution details.

  • For online banking payments, you may generate the EPF Bank file then upload it to your bank portal.


2. Submitting EPF (CSV) file online

Here's how to submit EPF (CSV) file to complete the submission and payment process through e-Caruman. Ensure you've generated EPF CSV file from HReasily.

1. Visit i-Akaun Majikan and enter your User ID then click Next.

2. Enter your PASSWORD and click Login.
[Note: Ensure that the Secret Phrase is correct before entering your password]

3. Upon login, click on Submit Contributions.

4. Ensure the correct Contribution Month before clicking Next.

5. Select the Upload file (TXT/CSV) option and click Next

6. Click on Choose File and select the .csv file exported from HReasily > Upload > Next.

7. Double check the employer and employee contribution amount.

8. Once finalized, scroll down to the bottom and tick the checkbox to confirm then click Next.

9. Finally, select a payment method.

Payment can be made via:

  • Maybank2u

  • Online Retail Banking (FPX Maximum limit RM250,000)

  • Online Corporate Banking (Maximum limit RM50,000,000)

  • Electronic Fund Transfer (For government employer only)

  • Pay Later
    [Note: Payments must be made before 30th of the month to avoid any late payment charges/dividend]
