What is archiving, and how can it enhance your workflow?
Archiving clients provides the capability to temporarily "hold" their status. By doing so, inactive clients won't have access to the HubFit app until they become active again. It's important to note that the data for archived clients remains intact. This feature can be beneficial for various reasons, such as:
When clients are not currently engaged but express an intention to rejoin in the future.
To manage access for clients who have temporarily ceased payment or missed payment deadlines, ensuring better control over app accessibility.
NOTE: Archiving a client frees up one slot from the total allowed active clients.
1. From the dropdown click on "Archive"
2. Type 'Archive' to confirm and click on 'Archive Client'
3. You can find all archived clients under the archived table tab
You have the flexibility to unarchive a client whenever you choose.
