Attendees are added under the People section to ensure they get access to the event.
Adding Attendees to your Virtual Event is very important as without that they will not be able to access or attend the Event.
Steps to add Attendees are as follows:
Step 1. Inside Dashboard > Select 'People Tab'
Step 2. Click on 'Add People' > Select either the Single or Bulk option to add the attendee.
Step 3. Select the required Default and Custom fields and click 'Continue' :
Step 4. Upload data.
Single Add: Add the data for the user -
Once all the required data is added, you will get an option to share the Invite Mailer with that user. Kindly check the ‘Send Invite Mailer’ to send the invite email to that user and click on the 'Add' Button -
Bulk Upload: Select Group > Download the excel format > Add user data in it > Upload the same file
Once the sheet is uploaded, you can check the ‘Send Invite Mailer’ to send the invite emails in bulk to all the users added to the sheet > Click 'Add'.
Do not make any updates to the section headers of the excel.
The supported custom fields type for the bulk upload: Text, Text Area, Date, and Link.
