Hubilo Virtual Event platform allows you to add up to 10 files for each session that can be downloaded by the attendees.

To add files for a particular session below steps are to be followed:

Step 1: Click on the session name > Choose Basic Details and Scroll Down

Step 2: Click on add files > Select the files to be uploaded from your system > Click ‘Add’.

Step 3: Click 'Save'.

Step 3: Once the files are uploaded, the attendees will be able to view and download the files from the respective sessions on your virtual event platform as shown below:

Note: Maximum no. of 10 files can be upload in a session.

  • File Formats supported: DOC, PDF, PPT, EXCEL

  • File Size: 5MB (maximum)
