Tutorial on adding Vimeo as a streaming source in Hubilo Virtual Event platform

Vimeo streaming is one of the streaming sources available on the dashboard. In order to stream using Vimeo. Below are the steps to add Vimeo as a streaming source:

Step 1: Select the session to be stream > Click on the stream options and toggle on the stream this session button > Select Vimeo as a source from the drop-down.

Step 2: Add the streaming link in the Stream link section and On-Demand Link section (Vimeo Video Public Link) > Click 'Save'.

Note:

  • Privacy & viewing setting of Vimeo videos should be set to Public.

  • Ensure embedding is enabled & set to anywhere for the video.

  • Videos will not work with private, unlisted & specific domain settings on Hubilo event web & mobile.
