The lounge is used for Networking among the attendees, users can join and socialize with fellow peers. The lounge can also be used by Exhibitors and Sponsors to engage with general attendees.


How does a sponsor table work?

  • Ensure that a networking table has been assigned to your virtual booth (Please connect with organiser - if not assigned)

  • Virtual Booth representative needs to login to the event page > Open Lounge > Virtual Booth Table > Sit on the table in order to conduct the meeting.

  • Virtual booth tables will not be visible to any user if a booth representative is not sitting at them. Once a representative sits on the table, that table will be available & visible to all users for meetings.

This is how the lounge meeting would look once another participant seats at the table. Users can share audio & video by clicking on the respective icon on the bottom panel.

Once you leave the virtual booth to share the feedback > Finish.

Note:

  • Click on 'How To Network' – to see the quick guide.

  • Recommended browser – Google Chrome (Version 83 or later)

  • Provide access to Mic & Camera on the lounge page

  • Check your microphone for audio output and ensure the correct one is

  • Ensure you are not connected to the VPN or have any firewall restrictions

  • Require stable internet connectivity.

  • Virtual booth tables will not be visible to any user - if a booth representative is not sitting on it - once a representative sits on the table - that table will be available & visible to all users for meetings.
