Export your registration data automatically from Hubilo directly to your Salesforce Object and manage your leads for the events with ease using Salesforce.

Below are the steps to unlock the Salesforce-Hubilo integration to power your next event.

Step 1: Select integration on the dashboard. Click 'Connect' to initiate the connection with Salesforce.

Step 2: Follow the steps to Authenticate your salesforce account.

You can choose any authentication name of your choice.

Salesforce instance should be selected as Production to transfer data from Hubilo to your live Salesforce account. Click on 'Create'.

Login to Salesforce.

Step 3: Select Object

Select an Object on Salesforce wherein all data from Hubilo will be stored on your Salesforce.

Objects are the way you store your records in Salesforce. They are basically a container for spreadsheet data, account details, customer contacts, location and regional info, tracking status, and more, but are easier on the eyes and more customizable than a database. The idea is that you track everything related to your business in one place.

Sync your Hubilo registrations into your Salesforce Leads object or any other custom object if you want

You can also create a custom object on your Salesforce. Click here to view - How to create a custom object on Salesforce

Select the object on the integration page on Hubilo > map the fields > click on next

Step 4: Map Fields

Map Hubilo fields you wish to export with the respective Salesforce Field.

Data you can export from Hubilo to Salesforce:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Id

  • Contact Number

  • Gender

  • Company(Organisation) Name

  • Designation

  • Hubilo magic link

The data type for all the fields is "String". Please ensure you have these fields with the respective data types set up in your Salesforce object to avoid any integration issues.

Map the Hubilo Fields with Salesforce Fields.

Here you need to map the fields for both platforms, such as Name, email & other details.

You can create custom contact fields on Salesforce in order to map all Hubilo fields.

Click on Next > Import details module will open > you can click on Next to skip this step, if you don't want to Import any details from Salesforce to Hubilo.

Click on Finish.

Step 5: Select the event(s) you would like to sync with Salesforce.

If you have multiple events, select the event/s you would like to send data for.

Select the checkbox to automate the connection for future events that would be created.

Note: Data is sent and synced from the dashboard only once and does not update if any changes are made in the dashboard at a later stage.

Salesforce editions that allow API access are: Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, and Performance.

Any license with a different edition will not be able to communicate to external services via API.
