Import your attendee registration data automatically from your Salesforce Object directly to Hubilo.
Below are the steps to be followed:
Step 1: Select integration on the dashboard. Click Connect to initiate the connection with Salesforce.
Step 2: Follow the steps to Authenticate your salesforce account.
You can choose any authentication name of your choice.
Click 'Create'.
Login to Salesforce:
Once authentication of Salesforce Instance is done, you will be directed to Export the Registrations. Click 'Next' without selecting anything and you will land on the next screen.
If you are only importing data from Salesforce to Hubilo. Click Next in this step and proceed.
If you wish to export data from Hubilo to Salesforce as well. Please map the fields.

Step 3: On the 'Import Registrations’ screen, you will have the option to choose the Salesforce Object(these are usually those objects where you are pushing their ticketing/registrations entry) from where you would like to import the campaign, contacts, leads, etc.
Step 4: Map the Hubilo Group Code with the Salesforce field where you will be capturing the ticket/group code of registrants in your events.
Fields available to import:-
First Name (mandatory)
Last Name (mandatory)
Email Id (mandatory)
Contact Number
Gender
Company(Organization) Name
Designation
Country
State
City
Member Group
Website link

Hubilo Group ID (mandatory)
Member Group is mapped to the people group on the dashboard that you would like to associate the data with.
The member group id can be found on the dashboard
Settings > Groups > Click on the specific Group > Copy the group id
For every event, there is a unique group id associated with each group. Please ensure to copy the right group id for correct mapping.
Note: Only Attendee data can be synced from Salesforce to Hubilo.
You can choose from the default available groups, or add a new group by clicking on the "ADD A GROUP" button.
On the same screen, you will be given the option to map fields you would like to import. Once done, click 'Next'.
Step 5: You will be redirected to Hubilo webhook, copy the same to configure it on your Salesforce account. Click finish.
Step 6 (OPTIONAL): Map your event by selecting the respective event.
If you have multiple events, select the event(s) you would like to send data for.
Skip if you are not looking to export any data, event selection is required only to export data.
Select the checkbox to automate the connection for future events that would be created.
Step 7: Follow the steps for a successful connection.
