You can also export session registration from Hubilo to Marketo, the steps are as follows:

Step 1: Post Authentication, click 'Next' till you reach 'Export Session Registration'.

Step 2: The organizer should select objects (in our case - custom objects) where they would want to export session registration and session analytics information.

(How to create custom objects in Marketo - refer to this link)

Step 3: The organizer should map Marketo fields with Hubilo fields to export relevant fields.

Exporting the information of Session registration:

  • Hubilo Lead Id - Link

  • Session ID - String

  • Session Name - String

  • Event ID - String

  • Event Name - String

  • Registration Date - Datetime

Step 4: Click 'Next'

Step 5: On Export Session Attendance map Marketo fields with Hubilo fields to export relevant fields.

Step 6: Select the event you want to Sync with and click on 'Yes, Sync'.

Once the attendee has registered for the Session through the event, the attendee details will be available on Hubilo Dashboard > Integration > Logs, or, on Marketo.

Below is the list of Session attendance data that will be captured for a particular attendee:

  • Session Name - String

  • Event ID - String

  • Event Name- String

  • Stream mode - String

  • Join time - Datetime

  • Lead ID - Link

  • Access Role - String

  • Session ID - String

  • Session duration(HH:MM:SS) - String

We export each instance separately (every time the user attended session be it live/recorded)

Note: Data is sent and synced from the dashboard only once and does not update if any changes are made in the dashboard at a later stage.
