Know about the various types of configurations option for your agenda session

On Hubilo, you can host your agenda session with various types of configuration options as per your event type.

Sessions with Live Streaming & Engagement:

This is a standard configuration for all types of events, wherein event attendees would be able to join sessions, watch the live video & engage via chat, QnA & poll.

Dashboard setup:

Open dashboard > event > session > create a session > enable the live-stream > setup your preferred streaming option > save

Click on engagement > select the options which you would like to have in the session > save

Onsite attendees using the mobile app will be able to join a session to view the information & use engagement options from the bottom panel. If they wish to view the session live streaming - they can click on the "Watch Session Button".


Sessions With Only Engagement Options (In-Person Session with only Engagement Options)

Such sessions are ideal for in-person events, wherein all your event participants are present at the venue to watch the live session on stage.

Users would be able to join such sessions by clicking on the "Engage" button & would be able to use the engagement options such as live chat, QnA, and Poll.

Dashboard setup:

Open dashboard > event > session > create session > skip stream option > click on engagement > click on proceed > select the options which you would like to have in the session > save.

Session With No Streaming & No Engagement (In-Person Session without Streaming & Engagement Options)

Such a session would have a "View More" button on the session card. Users can click on it to view the information about the session such as title, descriptions & speaker info.

Dashboard Setup:

Open dashboard > event > session > create session > add information > save.
