Each piece of information in Huddle is called an Item. Each item is organized into a one of the following types:

Medication - track your prescriptions under a single medication. Indicate whether you are still taking it, directions, quantity and photos. Our smart search feature will allow you to find the medication and dosage.

Provider: Organize all your healthcare providers in one place. The smart search feature will locate the provider by location and automatically bring in the address and specialty.

Healthcare Facility: Organize all the facilities you visit including the doctor's office, pharmacies, and hospitals. The smart search feature will add the address and web site when available. This is also where you can login to a patient portal (when available) to automatically import your records into Huddle. For more information on importing read this article.

Insurance Card: Keep all your insurance cards handy. Use the scanning feature to auto-complete the fields and have a photo as well.

Other items you may want to track are:

  • Personal Note

  • Allergy

  • Care Plan

  • Claims, Bills & Receipts

  • Condition

  • Hospitalization

  • Procedure

  • Test Results
