Huddle allows users to share the medical information a few different ways:

  • Invite another person to Huddle to access the entire medical record

  • Share a specific item or a list of items via a Web URL or as a PDF

Share Items and Lists as via the Web or as a PDF

You can share any item, list of items or the entire Health Summary.

  1. Go to the item or list you want to share. Tap on the share icon at the top right.

  2. If you want to create or share a PDF, simply tap "Create PDF". Then you have the option to print or share it.

  3. If you want to share a secure link, tap "Share link". The unique link will be created, and ready for you to share via text message, email, or any other way.

Tip: When you share a secure link, it will automatically update anytime you make changes to the item you shared. So, for instance, if you share a custom list called "School Vaccinations" with someone, you can add new vaccinations to the list and they will see updates in the same link.

Manage your Shared Links

You have control over how long the unique links you create work. You can expire a link, and turn off access to that health information, at any time.

  1. Go to the item or list where you created a shared link. Tap the 9 dot icon in the top right.

  2. Tap "Manage Sharing".

  3. Here you can see all links you've created. By tapping into a link you can see if and when it was accessed.

  4. You also disable sharing from either page, and then the link will no longer work.
