Below are four reasons why your transactions may be missing in Hudled.

  1. Unreconciled transactions - we only display reconciled transactions in Hudled.

  2. User coding error - we don't map tools if they have been coded under a different name in your accounting system e.g. recording a Google transaction as "Goggle" or "G00gle" may not detect it.

  3. Mapping - Our mapping is based on the contact name and references. If you don't have Google Cloud, Google Ads and Google Workspace, then you will only see one Google transaction in your stack.

  4. Undetected tool - On occasion, you may be using a tool that isn't in our database. If we have missed something, you can request for the tool to be added to your stack.

  5. Free tool - if you want to include tools you aren't paying for, you can manually add them.

  6. Unsupported integration - If you are using a third party expense management solution that doesn't integrate with Xero/QBO, we may not capture the transactions.

  7. Personal expenses: If you purchase software on employees' credit cards and reimburse them without coding the tools separately, we won't capture it.
