On clicking any gallery that you wish to share, the settings column on the left will provide you with the Share Gallery option. This will will give you multiple options that you can enable or disable in order to decide what controls to give your clients, and how you want them to collaborate with you on that project.

Client download options

  • Allow as uploaded image downloads

Enabling this option will let your clients download original images as uploaded to Huemn. These images will contain no watermark only if it hasn't been pre-applied on images before upload.

  • Allow Web version Image Downloads

Note: The size of these images will be lower than the original ones.

Client interaction options

  • Enable Reviews on Albums

Enabling the client review option will let your clients rate your project and write a detailed feedback about your overall work.

Note: Can be enabled or disabled at any point.

  • Enable Suggest Edits on Photos

Enabling this option will let your clients suggest edits on any photo. No more WhatsApp conversations and notes taking!

Sharing the Gallery

In the Client Share Settings option, there will be a gallery link provided. This is the master link that you can copy and share with your clients. And they will further forward this link to their guests.

Next, reset the client PIN as well as guest PIN as required.

Another option to enable guest access to the gallery can also be enabled or disabled.

Note: To enable your clients to share their gallery to their guests however they choose, make sure that enable guest access to the gallery option is always enabled.
