Default presets are default settings for certain features which are followed when a new gallery is created. You can always change these settings within each gallery individually.
Here's how you can change the default presets:
Navigate to Settings tab in Nav bar.
Click on Default presets under Gallery heading
Default presets include:
Client subscriptions
Client interactions
Data collection
Client Gallery theme
