This guide provides a detailed reference of every report type available in Humaans, the data fields you can include, and when to use each report type.


People report

The most comprehensive report type. Use it to export a broad snapshot of your workforce.

Banking

Compensation

Social

Custom fields in the Social section

Time away days taken

Time away details

Approval flow, allowance, from last year, expired from last year, carry over, adjustments, accrued, available balance, available EOY balance, PTO policy

Diversity

Custom fields in the Diversity section

Time away report

Exports individual time away entries. Use this when you need a detailed log of all time off taken.

Equipment report

Lists all equipment assigned to employees. Useful for asset tracking and IT audits.

Fields

Basics (condensed), Employment (condensed), Equipment: type, name, serial number, cost, currency, note, attachment, issue date, receipt date, collection date

Additional options: Include employees without equipment, Include offboarded employees


Timesheets report

Exports submitted timesheet records. Use this for reviewing recorded working hours.

Documents report

Lists all documents attached to employee profiles.

Identification report

Exports identity document records. Useful for compliance and right-to-work checks.

Basics (condensed + nationality), Employment (condensed), Identification: type, number, expiry date, note, country of issue, link, verifier, verifier email

Additional options: Include all document versions, Include employees without documents, Include offboarded employees

The Identification report is only available to users with Owner, Admin, Finance, or Editor permissions for identity documents.


Workflow activity report

Provides a detailed view of workflow execution, including each action and task within workflows.

Fields

Basics (condensed), Employment (condensed), Workflow activity: workflow name, workflow enrolled at, workflow archived at, action, action type, task, task assignee, task assignee email, task completed by, task completed by email, email subject, email sender name, email sender, trigger date, trigger time, created at, completed at

Change log report

An audit-style report that shows all changes made to employee records. Each row describes a single field change with before and after values.

Identifier fields (configurable), Audited basics (excluding birthday, ID expiries), Audited employment (excluding place of work, status, working pattern, FTE), Banking, Compensation, Social, Diversity

Payroll changes report

Similar to the Change log but focused on payroll-relevant changes. Exports as XLSX instead of CSV.

Fields

Same audited field sections as the Change log report. Includes effective period and "include changes since" date controls.

Requests report

Exports request and approval data. Use this to audit approval workflows and track request timelines.
