This guide provides a detailed reference of every report type available in Humaans, the data fields you can include, and when to use each report type.
People report
The most comprehensive report type. Use it to export a broad snapshot of your workforce.

Time away report
Exports individual time away entries. Use this when you need a detailed log of all time off taken.

Equipment report
Lists all equipment assigned to employees. Useful for asset tracking and IT audits.

Timesheets report
Exports submitted timesheet records. Use this for reviewing recorded working hours.

Documents report
Lists all documents attached to employee profiles.

Identification report
Exports identity document records. Useful for compliance and right-to-work checks.

The Identification report is only available to users with Owner, Admin, Finance, or Editor permissions for identity documents.
Workflow activity report
Provides a detailed view of workflow execution, including each action and task within workflows.

Change log report
An audit-style report that shows all changes made to employee records. Each row describes a single field change with before and after values.

Payroll changes report
Similar to the Change log but focused on payroll-relevant changes. Exports as XLSX instead of CSV.
