The People Dashboard
The People dashboard acts as a directory of all employees within your organisation:
You can filter your view to pull in employees from specific departments, teams and locations.
You can also filter for upcoming events to keep track of birthdays, anniversaries and to see when new colleagues are joining.
View the public profile's of other people within your organisation.
The Org Chart
You can get a more holistic view of the company through the Org Chart view in the top right corner of the People screen.
The Org chart is automatically generated based on who people in the organisation report to. You can set who an employee reports to through their role settings. For more, see Updating employment details.
You can pull up the public profile of any employee in this view by clicking in the top right corner of their info card.
Depending on your permissions, you can also show new hires by clicking "show new hires", found in the top-righthand corner of the page. For more on the differences between new hires and active members, see Adding new employees to Humaans.
