When timesheets are enabled you can clock in by pressing the Clock in button above the Book time away button in the main dashboard.
Once clocked in the clock in time will show. To clock out press again.
To manage your schedule, review clock ins and outs and submit your timesheets, head to the Timesheet section of your profile.
Here you can clock in and out and also build a pre-populated schedule which you can apply if working regular shifts. To build a schedule click Populate with schedule. You can then enter your fixed schedule for relevant weekdays. By clicking Populate these entries will be made for the month to date.
If there are any changes to this schedule that you need to amend you can click Edit to open up the month’s entries. There you can make changes to individual days.
At the end of the month you will need to submit your Timesheet for approval. You can do this in the top right corner.
A window will pop up with a summary of the month’s days and hours worked. To submit for final approval click submit. Once submitted your line manager will review to approve or may ask to amend and resubmit.
