Importing time off calendars from Humaans to your personal calendar

In the Who's away tab select Add to Calendar.

Depending on your access and reports you will see a number of options to import.

  • Everyone: Pull all calendar info for Working and Leave days across the company

  • My department: Pull all calendar info for Working and Leave days from members of your department

  • My teams: Pull all calendar info for Working and Leave days from members of your assigned teams

  • My reports: Pull all calendar info for Working and Leave days from your direct reports and their reports

  • Public holidays: Pull all public holidays assigned to your office

NOTE: These links are unique to you and will show any associated notes that may be attached by you or colleagues. Never share your unique url.

GCal

In Google Calendar you can add the selected url by clicking the + symbol by Other calendars in the bottom left hand corner. Then select From URL. After pasting and saving the link your calendar will be updated. As relevant bookings are made and approved in Humaans your calendar will also update.

Google will take between 12-24 hours to pull new data from Humaans into your Calendar.


Outlook

  • Copy the relevant calendar link you wish to import

  • Open your Outlook calendar, select Add > From Internet.

  • Paste the URL from Humaans and select OK.

  • Outlook asks if you would like to add this calendar and subscribe to updates. Select Yes.

iCal

  • Open File and select New Calendar Subscription

  • Copy and paste the relevant link from Humaans

  • Set your name and refresh rate and hit save
