An overview of additional Admin features and Dashboards

As a Humaans Owner and Admin you will have access to more features of the platform than regular users. You will also have additional functionality in the People and Who’s Away tabs. Below is an overview of these features.

People

As with all users you will have access to the People directory and Org Chart. Admins can also filter for New Hires to see upcoming employees.

You can also view any Offboarded employees. For more info on Offboarding

You can also select to Add new Members to the platform. How to add new employees

Who’s away

In the Who’s away screen you will have deeper insights into the bookings your employees make. For all employees you will be able to see their PTO, Working and Away bookings with details on the type of booking and any notes submitted with the request.

Workflows

As an Admin you will have access to create, manage and archive Workflows. Workflows aims to centralise your business processes like preboarding, onboarding and offboarding in a central hub where you can delegate and automatically assign tasks across teams. For more info on setting up Workflows

Insights

Humaans Insights tab gives you easy access to and powerful visualisations of your most important company metrics. For more details on the reporting available see our Insights overview.

Settings

In settings you can:

  • Assign user Roles and Permissions

  • Set office locations and default PTO

  • Add, edit and remove PTO policies

  • Activate Timesheets

  • View Public Holiday calendars

  • Manage Custom fields

  • Upload shared Company Documents

  • Manage access to Documents and info fields

  • Manage your Humaans subscription
