Archiving and deleting workflows

Workflows that are no longer in use can be archived and hidden from the Worfklows dashboard. They can also be permanently deleted.


Archiving workflows

You can archive a workflow with the following steps:

  • In the Home menu, click Workflows, then click the workflow you wish to archive.

  • Click the ... icon in the top right-hand corner, then click Archive workflow.

  • A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the change. When you're ready, click Confirm and archive workflow.

Once archived, the workflow will be removed from the Workflows dashboard. You can view all archived workflows by clicking Show archived in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. All archived workflows will have the Archived tag.

You can still view the task history and progress of employees assigned to archived Workflows.


Un-archive a workflow

To un-archive a workflow, follow these steps:

  • In the Home menu, click Workflows, then click Show archived.

  • Click the workflow you wish to un-archive.

  • Click Unarchive workflow in the top right-hand corner.

  • A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the change. When you're ready, click Confirm and unarchive workflow.


Deleting workflows

To permanently delete a workflow, you can follow these steps

  • In the Home menu, click Workflows, then click Show archived. Only archived workflows can be deleted.

  • Click the archived workflow you wish to delete.

  • Click Delete workflow in the top right-hand corner.

  • A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the change. When you're ready, click Confirm and delete workflow.

Once deleted, all history of the workflow will be removed from Humaans. Users that were actively within the workflow will have any outstanding tasks automatically removed.
