In order to generate these insights you will need employees to
Declare their gender as male or female in the Profile > Basics > Gender field
Have Salary information entered for them in Compensation
Humaans will automatically break out your Upper, Upper middle, Lower middle and Lower pay quartiles form entered Salary data
Humaans provides a gap by department breakdown. You can compare against a previous time frame by altering the date range in the top of the dashboard
