How to invite your team members into Humaans and what emails they can expect

When launching Humaans for the first time you can invite the team using our Send invites button at the top of the People dashboard. You can also invite individual users by clicking Send invite on their People directory profile.

When you invite a user into your Humaans account, they'll receive an invite email with a Join Now link. When they click through this link they'll be redirected to login (via SSO if configured)

On signing in users will be welcomed with a welcome window encouraging them to complete their profile and familiarise themselves with the directory.

When they view their profile, they will see all the information they need to fill out highlighted as Needs updating. As these fields are filled in Profile completeness will increase.

They will also be able to see and action any Workflow tasks assigned to them before singing in. You can learn more about creating workflows here

After signing in for the first time users will also receive a follow up welcome email

You will be able to see a never logged in tag for any employees yet to log in and you can re-send invites by clicking the Re-send invite button by their profile.
