Before you can send emails through Workflows, you'll need to verify an email address within your Humaans account.
Verifying a sender email address can only be done by users with Owner permissions.
Verifying a sender email address
You can verify a sender email address with the following steps:
In the Home menu, click Settings, then click Email verification.
Click Add email, then type the name of the person and address associated with the email.
When you're ready, click Confirm.
An email will be sent to the address that was added from Postmark support. Click the Confirm Sender Signature within the email to verify the address.
Refresh your page within Humaans, and you should now see that the email is verified.
