Before you can send emails through Workflows, you'll need to verify an email address within your Humaans account.

Verifying a sender email address can only be done by users with Owner permissions.


Verifying a sender email address

You can verify a sender email address with the following steps:

  • In the Home menu, click Settings, then click Email verification.

  • Click Add email, then type the name of the person and address associated with the email.

  • When you're ready, click Confirm.

  • An email will be sent to the address that was added from Postmark support. Click the Confirm Sender Signature within the email to verify the address.

  • Refresh your page within Humaans, and you should now see that the email is verified.
