Automatically provision Microsoft Entra ID accounts for employees from Humaans.
What you'll need:
Humaans Growth/Enterprise package
Have owner permissions within Humaans
Have Global Administrators role access
Permission to manage users in your Entra ID account.
The user connecting Microsoft Entra ID integration should have Global Administrators role access on Microsofts end, and Owner access on Humaans.
Enabling Microsoft Entra ID account provisioning
You can enable Microsoft Entra ID integration with the following steps:
In the Home menu, click Integrations
Select Microsoft Entra ID, then click Configure.
Under Connection, select Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID.
Provisioning/Deporovisioning Entra ID accounts
Once connected, you can decide how to provision and deprovision accounts.
You can Configure account provisioning and invitation triggers:
As soon as the account is provisioned
On the Employment start date
Never (manual invite)
Similarly, you can set automatic deprovisioning for users who are deleted or offboarded, disabling their accounts accordingly.
Data Mapping Humaans to Microsoft Entra ID
You can select which fields to sync from Humaans to Entra ID accounts. Default fields include:
First name
Last name
Work email
Personal email
Job title
Department
Employee ID
Phone number
Personal phone number
Full address
Keeping Data in Sync
Under Configuration, you can decide how any changes made in Humaans are reflected in Microsoft Entra ID profiles.
