Packaged tickets bundle multiple ticket types into a new option for your buyers. You can easily use these to offer group discounts, table bookings or particular bundles.
When purchasing a packaged ticket, a buyer will be issued all tickets included in that package.
For example, a "Table of 10" package which includes 10 x "General Admission" tickets will issue 10 separate tickets to the buyer
π¦How to create a packaged ticket
To create a packaged ticket you will first need to build your single ticket options, which will be included in each package:
Navigate to tickets > ticket types via the left-hand menu bar.
Create your single ticket options
Navigate to tickets > packaged tickets on the left-hand menu
Click create package
Enter the package name, price, and package capacity
βThe package capacity is how many of these bundle deals you would like to offer across your whole eventSelect the ticket type(s) and the number of tickets that will be included in a package
Multiple ticket types can be combined by pressing + add ticket type
βE.g. A family pass may include 2 x Adult and 2 x Child tickets
Packaged tickets appear as another option on the ticket selection page
Optional: Like single ticket types, you can amend advanced settings via the settings βοΈ
When buying a packaged ticket, a buyer receives all tickets included in that bundle; if there are not enough single tickets available, the packaged ticket will also appear as sold out
If you are collecting unique information on tickets using checkout questions you will also capture individual ticket holder information for each ticket within that bundle
πͺ Example: How to offer table bookings
To offer table bookings such as Tables of 10, you can use packaged tickets to bundle together '10' of your single ticket options.
When creating your package, select your ticket type and enter '10' into the available per package field.
The package capacity controls how many of these whole-table bookings you want to offer.
π¨βπ©βπ¦βπ¦ Example: How to offer a family Pass
You can use packaged tickets to offer a discounted price for a family of 2 adults and 2 children by bundling two of each ticket type into one ticket option.

Click + add ticket type and select your child ticket type, enter the availability
πΌ Example 3: How to offer a bundle, multi-event, or season pass
