I have a question about an event

For any general event enquiries about an event that you have bought tickets for, or are looking to purchase on Humanitix, you must contact the event host directly.

This includes:

  • FAQ about the event, venue, or entry

  • Access to online event links

  • Refund and cancellation requests

  • Updates of emails or personal information

  • Changes to bookings (date, ticket, event)

  • Additional contact information

Humanitix is a self-service event ticketing platform. We allow event hosts to create and manage their own events and sell tickets directly to buyers. The Humanitix team does not manage the events hosted on our platform, so unfortunately, we cannot know all event details other than what has been provided by the event host, nor can we action change of booking requests.


How to contact the event host

You can send a message to the event host using the contact host button on your order confirmation email or the event page. Enter your request type and the details of your order and request.

Provide as much information as possible, including your Order ID (if available).

Please allow event hosts at least 1-2 business days to respond to your enquiry. Note that response times may always be slower during the running of an event, or during peak onsale periods.

  2. Click the Contact host button in your order confirmation email, as shown below:

  3. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, check your spam or junk folders and ensure that order@humanitix.com is added to your safe sender list.

Navigate to the Humanitix event page or search for the event page via the Humanitix website here.

Look for the contact host button next to the host image or at the bottom of the page.

Via their website or social media

Some event hosts may have provided additional contact methods outside of the contact host button available on all events.

We recommend referring to the event description to see if they have provided any other contact information, or any linked website or social media platform. Their website may contain alternative contact options.

Humanitix cannot provide any alternative contact information, e.g. phone number, other than what the event host has provided on the event page.


What if I haven't received my ticket and the event is today?

If your tickets were not included in the confirmation email, they may be sent closer to the event date. Check for a digital ticket link in your email or contact support to request a resend.

If the event is happening imminently and you cannot contact the host in time before the event, the host should be able to locate your order details at the door. This is particularly relevant if you encounter issues closer to the event date. Ensure you bring a valid ID, proof of purchase, and any order details in person to facilitate the process.


Requesting further help

If you have not received any response from the event host and your request is urgent, and if you have exhausted all options to contact them, you can contact the Humanitix support team.

Please note that the Humanitix team may not have your answer, as we do not manage the events hosted on our platform or make changes to your booking without direction from the event host.
