This guide is for users who do not use Azure's Active Directory. If you use Azure's Active Directory to log in and experience any problems please contact your internal IT-support for help.
Please follow these simple steps to reset your password:
First you go to the platform log in page. For some users it is app.humanrisks.com and for others it's something different.
Click the "Forgot Password?" link:
Type in your email address and click "Reset password":
Then you will see this screen and shortly receive an email from Human Risks:
Click the "Confirm" button in the email:
Type in a new password that complies with the requirements in the yellow box - remember to confirm your new password by typing it into both input fields as shown below:
Click "Reset password" and depending on your browser you will either be automatically logged in or taken to the log in page where you have to enter your email and new password and click "login".
