Refunds and Payment Reversals

Refund processing times by payment method, partial refunds, how to dispute charges, and resolving trade-in valuation disagreements.

Understanding how refunds work helps ensure smooth transaction resolution.

Refund Processing Times: Once we approve your return:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

  • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days

  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

  • Trade-In Credit: Immediate upon approval

Refund Methods: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that's not possible:

  • We'll issue store credit

  • Or process a bank transfer to your provided account

Partial Refunds: You may receive a partial refund if:

  • Item is returned outside the standard return window

  • Device condition doesn't match original description (for buybacks)

  • Restocking fees apply (case-by-case basis)

Payment Disputes: If you don't recognize a charge:

  1. Check your order history first

  2. Contact our support team with transaction details

  3. We'll investigate and respond within 48 hours

  4. Contact your bank if you suspect fraud

Trade-In Valuation Disputes: If your device inspection results in a lower offer:

  • You'll receive our revised quote with explanation

  • Accept the new offer or request device return (return shipping at your cost)

  • Respond within 7 days or the device will be returned automatically
