Q: How long does shipping take? A: Delivery times vary by location:

  • UK: 2-5 business days

  • US: 3-7 business days

  • Nigeria: 5-10 business days

  • International: 7-14 business days

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and shipping speed selected. Free shipping is available on orders over certain thresholds (check current promotions).

Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Click the link to see real-time updates, or check "My Orders" in your account.

Q: What if I'm not home for delivery? A: Our carriers will leave a notice with instructions. You can usually:

  • Schedule a redelivery

  • Pick up from a local depot

  • Authorize a safe place for delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your location and view shipping costs.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering? A: Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, contact the carrier directly.
