Q: What's your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Some restrictions apply to opened electronics.

Q: How do I start a return? A:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to "My Orders"

  3. Select the order and click "Return Item"

  4. Follow the prompts to print your return label

Q: Who pays for return shipping? A: For defective items or our errors, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless you have free returns (check current policies).

Q: Can I exchange an item? A: Yes! Select "Exchange" when initiating your return. We'll send the replacement once we receive your returned item.

Q: What if my item arrived damaged? A: Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned in most cases.

Q: How long until I receive my refund? A: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 5-10 days for funds to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

Q: Are there items that can't be returned? A: Yes, certain items are final sale:

  • Opened software or digital products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Custom or personalized products
