Common questions about selling or trading your devices.

Q: What devices do you accept? A: We accept smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, gaming consoles, and most consumer electronics. Check our trade-in page for the full list.

Q: What conditions do you accept? A: We accept devices in any condition:

  • Excellent: Like new, no damage

  • Good: Light wear, fully functional

  • Fair: Noticeable wear, fully functional

  • Poor: Damaged, may not fully function

  • Broken: Not working

Q: How is my device valued? A: Value is based on make, model, condition, age, market demand, and current retail prices. Be honest about condition to avoid quote adjustments.

Q: Can I trade in multiple devices? A: Absolutely! You can trade in as many devices as you'd like and combine the credit toward your purchase.

Q: What if I disagree with your inspection assessment? A: If our inspection finds different conditions than described, we'll send you a revised offer. You can accept it or request your device back (return shipping at your cost).

Q: How do I prepare my device for trade-in? A:

  1. Back up your data

  2. Sign out of all accounts (iCloud, Google, etc.)

  3. Perform a factory reset

  4. Remove SIM cards and memory cards

  5. Clean the device

Q: Do I need the original box and accessories? A: Original packaging and accessories increase value but aren't required. Let us know what you have when getting your quote.

Q: How long does the process take? A: From quote to payment:

  • Quote: Within 24 hours

  • Shipping to us: 3-7 days

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days

  • Payment: Immediate after acceptance
