Q: I forgot my password. What do I do? A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send you.

Q: Why can't I log in? A: Common reasons:

  • Incorrect email or password (check for typos)

  • Account not yet verified (check your email)

  • Account may be locked after multiple failed attempts (wait 30 minutes or contact support)

  • Browser cookies disabled (enable cookies)

Q: The website isn't working properly. Help! A: Try these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  2. Try a different browser

  3. Disable browser extensions temporarily

  4. Check your internet connection

  5. Try on a different device

Q: Is my information secure? A: Yes! We use SSL encryption, PCI compliance, and industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Q: Can I have multiple accounts? A: We recommend using one account per person for the best experience, but multiple accounts are allowed.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from emails? A: Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email, or manage preferences in your account settings.

Q: Why isn't my discount code working? A: Check that:
