Step 1: Check your tracking link to see the latest status.
Step 2: Check your mailbox. Our packages are small and are typically delivered to mailboxes rather than left at the door.
Step 3: Check with neighbors, housemates, or your building's package room — packages are occasionally delivered nearby by mistake.
Step 4: Wait one full business week after the marked delivery date. Carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered a few hours early. In most cases, the package arrives within a day or two.
Step 5: If the package still hasn't arrived after 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
