What's your refund policy?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded

  • Items with damaged packaging are not returnable and refunds won't be generated if they don't pass our internal inspection

  • Discounted/sale items, thongs, and 3-packs are not eligible for refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
