I've included an explanation for errors you may encounter on your QuickBooks Widgets. These errors are common, and if you encounter an error not detailed below, please contact a member of our team.
Your Authentication or Authorisation has failed as it has expired or been revoked.
Explanation: Authentication tokens are used to verify the identity of a user or a system. When you connect a tool (for example, QuickBooks or Google Analytics) to Hurree, you are issued a token that serves as proof of your identity every time you add a Datapoint from that tool. The authorization token you used to connect Hurree to QuickBooks is either invalid, has expired, or has been revoked.
How to solve: To solve this issue, you will need to re-authenticate your connection to your tool. If your token has failed or expired, you will need to reverify your credentials in the tool itself. Update your password.
If your authentication has been revoked, please contact your account administrator, who will be able to restore your permissions, allowing you to reauthorize the connection.
Couldn't find the requested resource or URL, or it doesn't exist
Explanation: The resource you are trying to pull into Hurree from your QuickBooks account either doesn't exist or cannot be found. This may be a result of the resource being removed or being under restricted permissions.
How to solve: Visit your QuickBooks account to check whether the resource you are trying to pull into Hurree is still there and check its permission levels. If you continue to experience issues, please get in touch with Hurree Support.
QuickBooks Internal Server Error
Explanation: In some instances, QuickBooks' internal server will experience an error, which means that Hurree can't fetch the data you requested at that specific time.
How to solve: These kinds of errors are not uncommon, and unfortunately, they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you still encounter the same error after the next sync period, please get in touch with Hurree support.
Something is wrong on QuickBooks' end.
Explanation: In some instances, a third-party tool may experience issues within its own system, which is beyond our control.
How to solve: These outages usually don't last long, so we recommend waiting a short time and then trying again. If you are experiencing this error for a prolonged period of time, please get in touch with our support team.
