How is my Kid’s School Information a security risk?

Parents should keep personal information–like where their child goes to school–confidential. Hackers can use your child’s name to write a compelling text message or email, pretending to be a doctor, teacher or someone reputable, and persuade you to provide more personal information or send money to them. There is also a physical risk present, such as stalking, harassment or other forms of targeting.
