While we don't yet have a guide specifically for executive assistants, we do have a series of best practices to share. First, as an executive assistant, you are a frequent target because of the individuals or organizations you support. It's important that your Hush membership be set up and actively monitored. Second, if you will be managing other people's accounts, you will need them to receive their Hush member onboarding email and complete the two-step setup process.

This involves clicking on the onboarding link, entering basic information about themselves (none of it being personally identifiable), and hitting submit. Once the executive completes that task, they will receive another email asking them to log in to their account to activate it. From there, you will be made an authorized manager of their account and will be able to see it by clicking on the circular icon on the upper right side of your Hush dashboard and clicking on the named account you wish to manage. From there, you can manage their Hush membership just as if you were them. You can also invite others in their household to the Hush platform. For more information about managing family using Hush, please see our family FAQs.

If you have any ideas or suggestions for how to make delegate management tools even more helpful, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via phone, email, or in our application.
