The first step to set up executives on hush is for them to receive and open their welcome email. This email contains a link where they will enter basic information and authorize hush to remove information on their behalf. After this initial login, they'll need to log in one final time for a few seconds to fully activate the account and authorize you as the account manager.

Once our customer success team configures the account to be managed by you, you can access it using the circle icon in the upper right of your dashboard. From within the account, go to the Family Monitoring section to invite other household members to activate their hush membership.
