🗓️ Key Timers and Limits
🔄 Weekly cycle: 7 days, resetting every Monday. The reset applies promotion/demotion, refreshes your missions, and re-grants Weekly Benefits based on your new rank.
🌙 Season length: A set number of weekly cycles (varies by season). At season end, final rewards are granted and the next season begins with everyone’s rank reset to a new starting point.
⭐ Star Milestone recap: Unclaimed star rewards from a week stay claimable for one additional week after the week they were earned. After that, they’re lost permanently.
🏆 Season-end reward claim window: You can claim your rewards only before the next season ends. If you didn’t claim your rewards, and a new season already began and ended, rewards from your season are permanently forfeited. Active players are prompted to claim before the next season starts, so this typically only affects players who go inactive for an extended period.
🎁 Weekly Benefit duration: Benefits expire at the Monday reset, regardless of when during the week you received them. XP Boosters are the exception — they persist in your inventory beyond the weekly reset.
💎 Elites Gem reward (Platinum+ only): Claimable once per day, up to 7 times per week. Missed days cannot be recovered. Gem resets to a base value at the start of every new season.
